Refunds and returns are subject to product eligibility, quality inspection, and company policy guidelines. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.
Customers must initiate return requests within 7 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Please contact our support team promptly upon receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
All returned jewellery undergoes a detailed inspection to verify product condition, authenticity, and eligibility. This process takes 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the inspection is complete.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. UPI and bank transfer refunds may vary by banking partner. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Customised jewellery, engraved pieces, personalised orders, and certain exclusive collections are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy exists due to the bespoke nature of these items crafted specifically for you.
